General Characteristics
The learners will be K-12 educators currently teaching in the state of Connecticut. They range in age and experience and currently hold initial, provisional, or professional certifications from the State of Connecticut. The majority of the educators have, or are currently working towards Masters degrees.
 
Orienting Context
Learners will receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attending the workshop. The supplemental material provided will provide the learners with useful information that can be used after the group instruction.

Transfer Context
Learners will be able to use this resource independently after participating in a group instruction. It will continue aid with their skill and knowledge development.
